About Director Crimson Gallery of Art.
Stephen Oni is a prolific Nigerian Artist and Administrator; his creative rendition is influenced by African philosophies, he is very versatile in different art media and impressive in his approach to contemporary art forms and techniques. He had explored for over two decades through vigorous studio practice.
He is an accomplished and International award winning Artist, some of which includes United Nations MDGs Art Award and Painting Award from Catirina de Medici.
He is a graduate of Fine Art of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Nigeria. Stephen has featured in many art workshops and exhibitions such as Beautiful Nigeria, Aesthetic Bond, Araism Movement 5, Alliance Francaise, Black Heritage Group, UNESCO African Week Exhibition in France, Art of our Culture Lagos, Painting Colour Exhibition at Bougie Art Gallery Canada, Artworksrva in U.S.A, Knack Magazine featured publication in Belgium.
He was selected among other International Artists for Arthity Exhibition in Nepal, Guardian Newspaper Interview publication, Motherdrumhaf Show in U.S.A, Brush Carmen Art Expo in Mexico, Sportlight Art Collective in India, Art Fair in Lagos and Ibadan Nigeria.
He is a member of the Society of Nigerian Artists, Artzero, Araism , Nymdis, Affordable Art, also affiliated to some international art organisations. He is a certified Art Therapist, Public Mural Design Expert, Curator, Civil advocate and a Clergy. He derives great pleasure in tutoring and infused creative spirit to the younger generation.
